Clear communication ensures consistent results. Service scope, scheduling, and access requirements are defined in advance so each visit is executed efficiently and without ambiguity.

Preparing for Your Service Appointment

To ensure efficient service and consistent results, we ask all clients to review and follow the guidelines below prior to each scheduled appointment.

Clear expectations allow us to maintain punctuality, quality control, and a smooth experience for every client.

  

  • Dishes, laundry, and excessive clutter should be managed prior to arrival.
  • Pets must be secured or safely contained during service.
  • Clear access to the home must be provided at the scheduled time.
  • Utilities (water and electricity) must be fully operational.
  • Any special requests must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Surfaces should be cleared of personal items where cleaning is expected.

*Failure to meet preparation standards may impact service time or require rescheduling.*
